Congrats to scarlet-pikachu ! 
Their doggie was chosen as this week's model for my 'Bejeweled Dogs' series! That means they will receive a free, 2.5x3.5 inch print of the original!
This is the handsome, prized dog of a famous Roman emperor, who was so special, he was given silken wreath set with priceless crystals.
At dusk, he loved to sit outside and smell the sweet air, as the evening fires were lit about the gardens.

If anyone would like to volunteer their kitty cat(or dog) to be a model in the series, simply comment here, and attach a link, or send me a note here on DA with a link. I will add it to a list of cats I will seriously consider, and any cat is a good candidate(even one-eyed and blind animals, or those with a missing paw. All pets are special and wonderful).
Clear, closeups(or larger, full-sized images) of the potential cat/dog models is a must to be selected, and if I select your cat, I will send you a free print of the artwork. How about that!
